Calendaring for Next Year

On May 5th, the staff will be putting the calendar together for the upcoming fiscal year (July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023. We ask that all groups in our parishes give us their proposed schedule for the coming year as soon as possible. Please give us any regularly scheduled meeting dates, times and locations. In addition we need to know what plans you have for special events as well (dinners, programs, retreats, etc.). We want to put them all into our calendars (both in the parish and throughout the cluster) so that we can avoid conflicts and make sure that things flow smoothly.

Since we are hoping that we are moving into the “post COVID” era, we are assuming that things will return to a sense of normal this summer and fall. Therefore, events which we’ve had to put on hold may be able to resume. Please give us a detailed list of events you’d like to host. Please contact your Office Coordinator with the details. It’s always better to err on the side of overscheduling than to be adding things to the calendar at the last minute. We want to make sure to schedule our own parish activities before we allow anyone from the outside to reserve space. We will try to accommodate everyone’s desired dates and times, but please be aware that some may have to be rescheduled. We will get back to you with any changes after the May 5th meeting.
